RWA undertook a number of welfare activities for the benefit of the residents of the colony, such as setting up of an open Gym near Nagrik Bhawan.

In order to keep the young children away from mobile phones, computers & TVs and to enhance their physical fitness &strength, the parks in the colony have been upgraded with swings, seesaws, slides etc.

With the support of the department of horticulture, every year, RWA with the active participation of the residents, carried out plantation drives in the colony.

To quench the thirst of workers, laborers, delivery personnel etc; 2 cold water dispensers have been installed in the colony.
