The monthly charge of the RWA is Rs. 750. It is the responsibility of the owners as well as the tenants (in case the property is rented out) to ensure that the monthly charges are paid to the RWA on time. Payment can be made in the following manner:

• 1. By cash at the RWA cash counter, against official receipt.
• 2. By Cheque: Receipts are issued, subject to realization of the cheque.
• 3. By Credit Card at the RWA office against, official receipt.
• 4. By NEFT/RTGS. Bank details are:

(As per the existing RWA policy, residents can avail ONE month’s rebate by making payment for 11 months in advance).

(Non-payment of RWA charges will result in certain avoidable inconveniences to the residents)
